It is the middle of the year, and I have made time each month for self-reflection. After reviewing my journals and observations, I discovered the significance of embracing patience, moving at a slower pace, and understanding that most challenges are not as daunting as they seem. This introspection has been instrumental in fostering better relationships and creating a more harmonious work environment. Note that these are all observations, and while I recognize how to improve, it is still a process of implementation.

Finding Ways to Work with Different People

Learning to Be Patient (Personally, the hardest one)
