I cannot believe January has come and gone so quickly. I feel like we just started the New Year. The Lunar New Year is right around the corner and I feel like I have a second chance. I am taking this month to reset. Reset my goals, take back my own time and to focus on things that matter.
Studies have shown that less than 25% of people actually stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, and only 8% accomplish them. - Forbes
To avoid being another statistic, I am going to set daily goals (small steps) that help support my long term goals.
2019 Lunar New Year Weekly Goals
Adopt the KonMari Method and tidy daily in my personal and professional spaces
Sweat for myself 4 times a week (including barre, yoga and swimming)
Meditate daily for 15 minutes to start my day off with a strong focus and intention
Be more organized when it comes to my taxes
Start with gratitude - always
