Declutter + Unplug

In this media-drenched, multitasking, always-on age, many of us have forgotten how to unplug and immerse ourselves completely in the moment. We have forgotten how to slow down. Hope everyone had an amazing holiday. Yesterday I arrived in San Francisco and immediately went looking for places to eat. To my surprise and delight, so many places were closed. The city was pretty empty and my hope is everyone is out enjoying food and fireworks! We all need time to unplug, relax and connect with the people we love. Speaking about people I love….

Some good reminders/take aways:

  • Don’t stress about being perfect, good enough is okay
  • There will be a lot of things you are interested in, but pick one to focus one and commit
  • Keep creating and you will learn your own voice
