Today’s breakfast was delicious! I love coconut. I don’t just love coconut… but LOVE LOVE coconut. Below is what I had for breakfast, something simple and sweet. Estimated calories: 298
1 Cup of Silk Coconut Milk
1 Cup of Kashi® Heart to Heart® Honey Toasted Oat Cereal
1 Tbsp of shredded coconut
1/2 Cup of strawberries
1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl
PS: I couple co-workers said the cereal looked like cat food. I would like to reassure you that it does not taste like cat food at all. It is very tasty! What do you think?
