So far, it is day 5 of 2012 and I think I have been pretty good about sticking to my resolutions.
- Going to the gym 5 times a week + running 2 times a week outdoors
I must thank Kyle, Lynda and Russell for being my cheerleaders and always pushing me to do more!
- Bringing home lunch 5 days a week and eating dinner at home for 4.
Most of the meals I have been making are pretty healthy such as chicken soup, salads, and this weekend I am going to attempt to make ozoni.
- Giving myself a work/life balance.
Im trying to work hard but to play hard too. Im going to try and give myself more me time as I know I have not been able to do what I want to do on my personal down time.
- Being more patient – This is something that I STILL struggle with. I think this comes with time and being more conscious as a whole. If anything, maybe the key word is being conscious of my behavior and what I say and how I say it.This is a photo that definitely helps motivates me. How are YOU doing with your goals and resolutions?
