It has been a very long time since I have written. Once November hits, it gets to be very challenging to keep up with everything- family, friends, blogs, life! Anyways, last week Tuesday I got very very sick, and only today, Sunday have I begun to recover. Throughout this time, it made me reflect how important one’s health is.
Since I have been sick, I have a loss of appetite. I am happy that I do not crave cookies and excess sugar. If anything it is the opposite, all I want is hot water, soup, and tea, and rest. I think I may have lost 1-2 pounds due to a liquid diet. I know it is not a good long term plan, but it is what it is for now. I still feel horrible, cannot hear out of my left ear, nose is runny, and my head still hurts. I’m taking medicine and getting lots of rest and I hope to get better very soon.
