I have gotten off to a good start today!I ran at Ala Moana Beach Park and made myself some healthy breakfast! As the day goes on, I will add towards my entry.
For lunch I am planning to have a turkey sandwich and a side of veggies that consist of tomatoes, green bell peppers, and a pickle.
For an afternoon snack, I have some blackberries to tie me over and of course, my favorite beverage of choice, WATER!!
I am not too sure what is going to happen for dinner. I will figure it out one I get there.
Trying to control my candy cravings and keep my goals top of mind!
