90 Day Challenge: Day 83

Good Morning! Feeling absolutely amazing despite the fact that I am sweating like crazy! Today I worked out with trainer extraordinaire, Angie Lee. At 7AM we met at my place and walked the stairs. I never thought that stairs could be much of a workout but I was WRONG!!! After the first 10 flights of stairs, I felt so winded. In total, I believe we went up and down 30 flights of stairs. WHEW!

I have been working out with Angie for about 2.5 months now and she is FAB-ULOUS!! I have lost 5 lbs and feel much more energetic! If you want someone who is motivating, funny, yet will push you to your greatest potential, you HAVE to work out with Angie! Tomorrow, I am attending her FREE group work out, please join me if you can!

Breakfast:

(1/2) Cup of Kashi Almond Crunch
(1) Apple Banana

Lunch:
Bridal Shower at Willows (I am hoping I can contain myself around the dessert bar)

Dinner:
Tonight will be an EPIC FAIL….good thing I am running 12 miles on Sunday!

    Hahaha after working out going to a buffet and then have your bday party kinda kills the point of working out. or did you work out so you can eat all the food haha
