2012 Resolutions-Part 1

2012 is only 4 more days away, I am determined to set 4 obtainable goals for myself to ring in the New Year!
My first goal is to stick to a work out routine weekly. I plan on keeping my daily morning cycle work out with @Kyleepuu  , however I would like to incorporate more running and yoga in the evenings. I am a member of Honolulu Club and they really have great classes and facilities. I think with the right mind set, diet, and work out I can achieve my fitness goal as seen below! Wish me luck!

  1. Whoa sick abs! I resolve to do more yoga as well. I can definitely tell a difference in my body now that I don’t stretch at all. It also helps to relax the mind! wooosahhhhh!

  3. Always great to have fitness and health goals. Lucky for me, I’m too lazy to work out that hard. :) But I’ll live vicariously through you.

Remember about yoga, the asanas are the least important part, to me. I think the breath is the most important, and the inner focus and connection with yourself are also beneficial.
